The City of Los Angeles, through its Economic and Workforce Development Department and 11:11 Projects, is seeking a qualified project and construction management service provider to provide project and construction management services for commercial façade improvements within the Reseda Boulevard Corridor JEDI Zone. The work involves managing storefront improvement projects at specified locations on Reseda Boulevard, with up to $75,000.00 available per storefront for eligible exterior improvements. Eligible improvements include, but are not limited to, exterior paint, signage, awnings, foam moldings, plaster or stucco repair, windows or door replacement, exterior lighting, anti-graffiti film, and other project-specific exterior improvements evaluated individually. The completion of this work is subject to prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts requirements. The final budget for each project will depend on the improvements recommended at each location.
