Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, power, and personnel to perform Aids to Navigation (ATON) repair and replacement work, including the installation, replacement, removal, and repair of ATON structures within the Columbia River area at U.S. Coast Guard Base Tongue Point. Work includes standard ATON maintenance activities such as removal, replacement, and repair of damaged structures; fabrication of ATON structures; and surveying of completed range structures to verify proper positioning. All construction activities must be performed in accordance with provided specifications, drawings, and attachments, and must comply with in-water work window restrictions from November 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, with all in-water work completed by the specified end date. The procurement estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
