The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party property management services for select affordable housing properties located in Clatsop County, Columbia County, and Tillamook County, Oregon. The properties are multifamily housing subject to affordable housing program requirements, including but not limited to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), USDA Rural Development programs, and HUD Multifamily regulations. The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
