Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of construction of a new 475 SY asphalt parking lot to serve an existing 10-unit Housing Complex, including site grading, concrete curbs, sidewalk, stairs, storm drainage and asphalt paving. No bid will be considered unless submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to let the contract in whole or in part and to waive formalities. Federal wage and hour provisions apply to this project. All provisions of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as it relates to bid guarantys conditions, liabilities, and withdrawal of a bid are applicable to this contract. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
