Proposals are being solicited from qualified consulting firms possessing knowledge, skills, and experience in pre-architectural planning, engineering and related services to provide a comprehensive facility and operational analysis for the Erie County Training and Operations Center (ECTOC) and associated emergency services campus. The ECTOC is located at 3359 Broadway in the Town of Cheektowaga. Any requests for RFP interpretations should be made electronically by June 17, 2026 to planning@erie.gov. RFP Question Response Date June 23, 2026 Firms are encouraged to include Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) in their teams in order to meet Erie Countys goals of 15% MBE and 5% WBE participation. Erie County Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals And To Waive Any Informalities Therein The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
