Gates at (336) 747-6938 tawannag@cityofws.org Asphalt Emulsions pick-ups are to be made on an as needed basis per a blanket order. Asphalt Emulsions pick-ups: The vendor will pump CRS-1H into the tank of City of WinstonSalem vehicles. Amounts picked up- Minimum: 50 gallons Maximum: 2000 gallons Prices quoted must be FOB Destination- (the pick-up site) Pick-up sites must be located within a 40-mile radius from the following location: 101 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, N.C. The contract period will be from July 2026 thru June 30, 2027. A blanket order will be assigned for the period July 2026 through December 31, 2026, and a second blanket order will be issued for the period January 2027 through June 30, 2027. The quantity listed is estimated. The City of Winston-Salem reserves the right to purchase more or less than that amount at the same contract cost during the contract period. The City of Winston Salem would like the option to extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods if it is deemed in the best interest of the city and is accepted by the vendor.
