This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation to qualify for eligibility to provide Architectural Services for the Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario. The objective is to establish a roster of qualified suppliers to perform various architectural services within all CEPEO regions and territories. Only firms on the Board’s Qualified Supplier Roster (QSR) will be invited to bid on the Board’s projects. Respondents may select any of the following categories, provided they meet the Board’s requirements: Category 1 – Small and Medium Renovations ($100,000 to $1,449,999): Projects generally include but are not limited to small and medium renovations (classroom/school/daycare). Category 2 – Major Renovation and/or Addition Projects ($1,500,000 to $5,999,999): Projects generally include but are not limited to major renovations and/or addition construction projects (classroom/school/site/daycare), demolitions, and/or retrofits. There is a single awarded zone covering the entire Board’s service area. Category 3 – New School Construction (Elementary, Secondary, K-12) (Greater than $6,000,000): Projects have an estimated construction value greater than $6 million and generally include but are not limited to new school construction. There is a single awarded zone covering the entire Board’s service area. A Procurement Restriction Policy is in effect, restricting public sector buyers from procuring goods and services from U.S. businesses as defined in the policy.
