Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Needham Street Waterline Replacement Project involves replacing approximately 650 linear feet of aging two-inch (2”) galvanized iron waterlines within the water distribution system. The work will involve the abandonment of the existing line and installation of a new 2" PVC water line including replacing all service connections along the route. This project aims to improve the reliability, safety, and performance of the Town’s water distribution infrastructure. Interested bidders are invited to submit separate informal bids for the project. Bids shall be mailed or hand-delivered to the Office of the Engineer at 201 S Tryon Street, Suite #800, Charlotte NC 28202, or submitted by email to Lauren Rudd at lrudd@withersravenel.com. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. As these are informal bids, there will be no public reading or opening of bids or requirement of a 5% bid bond.
