To improve system resiliency and meet future demands, Aurora anticipates the need to develop additional water-supply related infrastructure, which may result in unavoidable impacts to aquatic resources. To support this effort, a qualified consultant will be needed to assess and develop a wetland mitigation plan capable of generating compensatory mitigation credits.
