The work under this contract is to provide and furnish and/or install all labor, materials and equipment, as may be required to complete the work as described in these documents for the project located at 200 Market St, NE Olympia WA. The project scope includes Roughly 15,200 sf existing two-story warehouse building tenant improvement project with approximately 4,000 sf on added floor area at the second floor within the existing footprint. Tenant improvements include converting existing offices and warehouse space into the new Port of Olympia Headquarters office space and commission meeting room. Scope includes; offices and public reception counter, elevated commission dias, new two-story elevator, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression updates. Tenant Improvement Includes minor exterior wall modifications, and minor site work. All work shall be completed within one hundred ninety-four (194) working days after receiving a Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays recognized by the State of Washington. It is essential that the Contractor cleans daily and does not impact the operations of the marine terminal which is adjacent to the project site.
