Sealed bids are invited for the general contract for the Cooperfield 678 PFAS Remediation Project. The estimated cost is $161,900. Bid security in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required. The District may reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or required information, or that are incomplete or irregular. All applicants and subcontractors must have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including Small, Minority-, and Women-Owned Businesses, are encouraged to submit bids. All work must comply with the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. The project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds, and all DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and subcontractors. Contract documents can be obtained at no cost by requesting them from the District.
