Contract to include : 1. Removal and Replacement of the existing idle end shaft and bearing of RBC # 3 and all necessary work for the complete installation of the shaft and bearing in accordance with manufacturers specifications and at the direction of the Town and Engineer . See technical specification RBC Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC ) Shaft Replacement attached for more information . 2. Return all disturbed areas to their original condition . 3. Completion of all the above by the hard deadline of August 1 , 2026 .
