Renovation of a municipal facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves the labor and materials to perform the GEAR Building Boiler #2 Replacement at the University of South Dakota site in Sioux Falls. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Boiler #2 shall be removed & replaced with a like for like replacement along with associated piping, boiler pumps, and accessories. New filtration system modifications and electrical system upgrades and lighting included also. See construction documents for all details. The facility will stay operational and occupied throughout the duration of construction. The ideal construction schedule would be condensed and coordinated with the ship date of the new boiler and pump over the Summer of 2026, as to limit the amount of time the building will operate without heating water for reheat coils, with substantial completion and final completion in September. Lead times on equipment must be coordinated to ensure a successful delivery of the project.
