Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for "Fieldhouse Plaza" at 411 S Madison Ave., Greenwood, IN 46142, following the Instructions to Bidders. Sealed bids will be received at City Center, 300 South Madison Avenue, Greenwood, Indiana, 46142 between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and considered at a public meeting if received no later than 2:00 P.M. on June 23, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be opened. The project includes construction of a new public plaza north of Greenwood Fieldhouse, replacing an open lawn with concrete walks. Work includes concrete pavements/curb, unit pavers, artificial turf, site furnishings (standard and custom, such as umbrellas and a drinking fountain, some owner-purchased and to be installed by contractor), a spray plaza, a stone terrace, a freestanding custom pavilion, a climbing structure (owner-purchased), decorative and general site lighting (including in-grade, area, catenary fixtures), power elements for programming uses, a large LED screen with custom support, audio/visual as part of the LED screen, and provisions for a winter ice rink. Landscaping includes lawn and standard plantings. A new Veterans Memorial Park will be constructed north of the plaza (north of Surina Way, west of Meridian St.), including concrete pavement, unit pavers, landscape plantings, turf, and general area lighting for the site and flag poles.
