Gordon-Rushville Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project. The project is likely to include, but is not limited to, renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction that may result in improved classrooms, career and technical education facilities, storage, commons space, food service, cafeteria space, gym space, athletic facilities, supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements.
