Sealed bids are being accepted for the Gould Park Gravity Sewer project. Bids must follow the provided drawings and specifications, which can be obtained from May Engineering for a non-refundable fee for hard copies or at no cost for electronic versions. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any Addenda from May Engineering. The project is funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program, administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals apply. Construction hours are restricted on Gould Road due to active park use, and requirements are detailed in the contract documents. Participation of small businesses in rural areas is encouraged according to EPA policy.
