Sampson County seeks sealed bids for construction of a new premanufactured Emergency Services Facility in Roseboro, NC under a Single Prime Lump Sum Contract. The work includes site civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Roseboro Emergency Services Building" and delivered to Lavelle Jackson, 406 County Complex Rd., Suite 110, Clinton, NC 28328 by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2026. All bidders must hold applicable North Carolina licenses for the work. A 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal applies, and required MBE affidavit forms must be submitted with the bid or the bid will be rejected. Bid security of 5% is required. The winning bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each at 100% of the contract price. Sampson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
