Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10-unit transportation facility; and transportation facility.

**Bidders must obtain bid documents directly from the sources listed in the invitation to bid.** The project consists of construction of a single ten-unit full nested t-hangar with bi-fold doors and electrical service, and construction of a new taxilane and apron including site preparation, base stone, and asphalt paving. Additional work includes installation of two new storm underdrain trench systems—one to the north of the t-hangar and one to the south—with 6-inch PVC pipes, new catch basins and outlet headwalls, taxilane markings, erosion control, and seeding/mulching. Contractors intending to submit a bid must purchase contract documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bidders to be eligible. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond or a cashier’s/certified check for not less than five percent of the total bid. A 100% Contract Bond will be required for the successful contractor. The prime contractor must perform at least 30 percent of the total contract cost with their own organization and must be qualified in accordance with applicable Kentucky laws or project manual requirements. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed and clearly labeled envelope. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without owner consent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive formalities or informalities in proposals received.
