Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Port Clements, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested Respondents; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified Respondents to provide a financial and a technical bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. The qualification list will expire upon award of a contract in Phase Two and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for roof remediation of an RCMP boat house located at 2042A Collision Avenue in Masset BC. The existing roof is in disrepair with water leakage and damage. The work includes but is not limited to: demolition and replacement of the current roof with a metal standing seam design, approximately 200 square meters as described in the signed and sealed specifications and drawings documents provided in Phase Two. The boat house is located in a remote area that is only accessible by air or boat. The project has a limited construction window due to weather conditions. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,001.00 and $500,000.00 (GST included).
