Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility and playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of work includes Removal of the existing turf field, site preparation, installation of artificial turf, grading, drainage and related improvements for the existing softball field. The Contractor is referred to the contract drawings to determine the full scope of the work. 1. Remove the existing turf field . Grade the site that will underlay the artificial turf field. 2. Offsite disposal of excavated soil. 3. Install drainage system as shown on the drawings . 4. Install the turf field per the specifications and details . 5. Provide and install new bleachers and benches . 6. Replace the perimeter netting. 7. Upgrade the field lighting. 8. Provide and install a sound system. All questions shall be submitted in writing via the bidding platform prior to 2:00 p.m. EST , Tuesday , May 26, 2026.
