All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. Bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal.
