Renovation of a museum in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The project includes, but is not limited to, the alteration of the City Museum building including low slope roofing replacement, addition of interior access ladder, roof hatch and replacement of furnaces and rooftop-mounted condenser units (Base Bid). Exterior window and door replacement and fire escape replacement restoration and repair (Alternates). General questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to Dave Shah , P.E. , Assistant Director of Public Works , at 630-293-2255 or dshah@westchicago.org . All technical questions regarding the project shall be directed in writing to Maggie Geraghty , Project Coordinator , at Kluber , Inc. , at mgeraghty@kluberinc.com . All questions shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 P.M. on June 16, 2026. All questions will be answered and posted on Quest CDN advertisement by 4:00 P.M. on June 12, 2026 .
