Renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Comprises the replacement and upgrade of an uninterruptable power system (UPS) system and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Replacement and Upgrade of Uninterruptable Power System (UPS) system, installation of new electrical panel and Transfer Switch, installation of temporary generator and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Rental of temporary generator duration shall be for 5 months from installation and startup of temporary generator. Refer to section 01 22 00 Unit Prices for additional 6 month rental duration. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
