Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Greenville, Ohio. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will consist of the replacement of concrete sidewalks, drives, and curb ramps (demolition, construction and replacement of all soft/hard surfaces) along various streets within the City of Greenville, Ohio. Existing areas of deteriorated sidewalk will be replaced to as detailed in the exhibits to provide a safe traveling environment for pedestrians. Trees will also be removed along the project limits that have been determined to be a contributor to the sidewalk damage. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined online and the office of Planning and Zoning on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m and Fridays from 8:00 and 1:00pm. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon non-refundable payment of $50.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "City of Greenville". Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus shipping account number, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Planholders who have purchased plans and specifications for this project. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Greenville is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed on or before 12/31/2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 01/31/2027.
