Project The project work consists of a comparative case study for the deconstruction of Building 7 - Hillside Ward and the demolition of Building 8 - Hampden Ward on the campus of Monson State Hospital located in Monson, MA. Abatement of hazardous materials is required in both structures prior to deconstruction or demolition activities. Slate roofs on both structures will be addressed under two separate Non-traditional Work Plans (NTWP). Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
