Renovation of a recreation facility in West Babylon, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

Refurbishment of existing Dyna-Turf gym floor at West Babylon Youth Center, 75 Sawyer Avenue, West Babylon. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be submitted intact (do not remove any pages) and received by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Babylon for five percent (5%) of the total bid price. An apprenticeship program approved by the NYS Dept. of Labor is required for all projects exceeding $250,000, applicable to all prime contracts and their respective subcontracts, for all trades necessary to complete the work. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in bid rejection. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
