No Bidder may withdraw a bid submitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Project Schedule will be issued via addendum. The contract will include liquidated damages assessed at $1,000.00/day if the completion date is not met. Successful Bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond for this Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Owner can be served.
