Work includes all materials, labor, and equipment to construct sections of sidewalk, curb, driveway approaches, ADA ramps, and other miscellaneous concrete work as directed by the City. The project will consist of installing approximately 1,495 square feet of sidewalk, 1,073 lineal feet of Type C curb, 365 square feet of driveway aprons, and eleven standard 5' wide ADA ramps. Sealed bids will be received at the City of La Grande Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 800 'X' Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Monday, June 22, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud the same day. The contract time for all work shall be thirty calendar days and is to be completed by August 21, 2026. Bids may be rejected if not in compliance with all prescribed requirements listed in the Contract Documents or for good cause if it is in the public interest. Copies of the Contract documents may be obtained at the City of La Grande, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 800 'X' Avenue, or by phoning (541) 962-1333. A non-refundable payment of $25.00 is required for a physical set of documents. Electronic copies are available free of charge by request.
