The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey is requesting sealed bids for the hauling of liquid sludge. The contract will run from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for a one-year contract, or through June 30, 2028, if a two-year contract is awarded. Sealed bids plainly marked "Hauling of Liquid Sludge" must be mailed or delivered to the Authority's office. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, along with the NonCollusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, Business Registration Certificate and Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Russia and Belarus. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and make an award to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law. Bid packages may be obtained from the office of the Authority or requested via email. The bid package provides detailed specifications, bidding requirements, and contract forms.
