Description

The subcontractor shall provide on-call plumbing services to support Facilities and Site Services by supplementing the in-house maintenance team, which performs all preventive maintenance activities. The scope of work includes complete corrective maintenance and emergency response services for all major potable water and drainage systems. Services include, but are not limited to, 24/7/365 emergency leak response with a one-hour response time, comprehensive piping repairs, advanced diagnostic testing, line camera inspections, and hydromechanical drain clearing across all system types. Plumbing systems supported under this requirement include sanitary, storm, domestic, laboratory, gas, and specialty plumbing systems. The subcontractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, tools, equipment, and materials and shall maintain an office located within a 60-mile radius of Princeton, New Jersey 08543. This notice is issued strictly as a sources sought effort to identify qualified firms interested in providing the specified plumbing support services and is not a solicitation. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
