The County is seeking qualified contractors to provide the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of Rapid-Build Tensioned Membrane Aluminum Frame Structures (TMS) to support emergency preparedness and response operations. Services required include engineering and code-compliant design, fabrication of modular structural systems, transportation to County-designated sites, full installation and assembly, and training for County personnel on operation and maintenance. The structures must be durable, rapidly deployable, capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions, and suitable for flexible, temporary or semi-permanent use. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements outlined and be able to provide the identified services. All questions or requests for interpretations must be received within this solicitation by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, before 2:00 pm. The DPA will provide all official communication concerning this solicitation. Any County response relevant to this solicitation other than through or approved by the DPA is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. Proposals must be submitted online via the County’s online bidding system. Only electronic proposals will be accepted; facsimile and email submissions will not be allowed. All questions or requests for interpretation must be submitted by the specified deadline within the solicitation. Respondents are instructed not to contact other County personnel regarding the solicitation, and verbal clarifications or responses will not be considered binding.
