This contract is entered into for an initial term of TWO (2) years, with ONE (1) option to renew for ONE (1) year. This Invitation to Tender is divided into TWO (2) lots. Each lot constitutes a separate and independent contract. Any TENDERER is authorised to submit a Tender for ONE (1) or all TWO (2) lots. Notwithstanding the number of lots for which a TENDERER has submitted a compliant Tender, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY will award only ONE (1) lot per Tenderer. Similarly, each lot will be awarded to only ONE (1) Bidder. Eligibility: must hold a valid contractor's licence issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec (RBQ) in category 9.0 (Finishing Contractor) for at least TWO (2) years as of the date set for the opening of Bids.
