Inspection of existing structural elements and material; replacement of existing structural elements and/or materials if necessary; installation of sealing product or replacement of existing roof product as determined necessary by the contractor and agreed by the District; installation and/or replacement of flashing, vents, caps, sealants, and accessories per manufacturers specifications; work to be completed during normal business hours and all work areas properly secured; project must be completed prior to August 7, 2026. All workers must undergo a background check prior to working on site. Contractors must adhere to any minimum wage/prevailing wage requirements associated with the project. Contractor must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured. Proposal Requirements: Provide a description of the company, as well as applicable licenses, bonds, and insurance coverage. Detailed description of the services your entity will provide for the completion of this project along with proposed and/or guaranteed prices and warranty information. Detailed pricing breakdown of services to be provided, including total cost for material repair, removal, and/or replacement, unit cost per item of material to be purchased, any additional costs for materials, permitting, or disposal fees, projected labor costs, total project cost, and all pricing should be firm for the duration of the project pending change orders from the District. Provide the name(s) and resume(s) of the primary supervisor(s) responsible for overseeing the project. Provide a brief overview of the company's experience with Missouri public schools, along with prior project descriptions and reference information from at least three recent school or business clients. Briefly indicate any additional relevant information regarding the benefits to the District of selecting your firm as a contractor for this project. Please disclose any conflicts of interest that could present a real or perceived conflict of interest. Additionally, the company should disclose if there are any pending legal or insurance proceedings involving the firm that could affect their ability to complete the project.
