The Montrose County School District (MCSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified candidates to serve as an Owner Representative. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive owner's representative services for the Pre-K building renovation project throughout the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Occupancy phases. Additionally, MCSD seeks a candidate who can provide on-call Owner's Representative services for other projects that may arise in the future. Proposals must be submitted according to the outlined requirements.
