Site work for a development in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a conservation development.
This contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, personnel and labor for the gravel crushing within the bounds of the Columbine Gravel Pit on National Forest Service Lands within Montrose County, Colorado. The result shall be the continued development of a gravel pit located on the Ouray Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. This includes the development of the site including excavation and embankment, drainage and dewatering, and crushing and stockpiling aggregate materials as specified in the Plans and Drawings, Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS), Schedule of Items and Statement of Work. Questions shall be submitted to via email to the Contracting Officer, Lucas Dahlman at Lucas.Dahlman@usda.com. Questions are due no later than May 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Central Time(CT).
