The Polytechnic Parking Lot Expansion project will consolidate and expand several existing parking areas (Lots 42, 43, 46, 47) into a larger, single parking lot. The project includes the construction of new pedestrian sidewalks and pick-up/drop-off zones along Tweet Street, completion of a section of Desert Mall, storm water management, landscaped bio-swales and walkways, parking lot and mall lighting, blue light stations, signage, site furniture, and Level 3 EV charging stations. Arizona State University (ASU) invites interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications to provide Construction Manager at Risk services to consolidate and expand several existing parking areas located on the Polytechnic campus.
