Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jenkins Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of expanding the WVIA parking lot by demolishing and milling existing bituminous pavement, regrading the area for a new parking lot, overlaying the existing lot with new pavement, excavating areas for site drainage and a bioretention basin, providing new concrete walkways, and installing new site lighting and EV charging stations. Bids must be submitted electronically. Required submission information includes the individual's name, company, title, email, and phone, qualifications as specified in Document 001153, and completion of required bidder acknowledgements and base pricing sections using provided templates.
