Reference number: 20150666 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-22 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 Description: The Town of Matagami is inviting tenders for the award of a contract to carry out hot mix asphalt paving works. The price quoted is per metric tonne, based on the following approximate historical quantities: . twelve metric tonnes (12 t) of asphalt mix (type ESG-10) for surfacing works to repair roads; . three hundred and sixty metric tonnes (360 t) of asphalt mix (type ESG-10) for patching works to repair roads. The tender documents are available via the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) at the following address: www.seao.ca. A fee may be charged by the SEAO for obtaining the documents. In accordance with the Act respecting the Public Procurement Authority (RLRQ, c. A-33.2.1), the deadline for submitting complaints to the City regarding the tendering process is 22 June 2026.
