This project is made possible by financial contributions from the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada. It should be noted that the award of this contract is conditional on obtaining all the authorizations required for the execution of the work. Summary description of the work The work consists of replacing, demolishing, or rehabilitating culverts located between km 0 and 200 of the Billy-Diamond road, dismantling, replacement, and construction of retaining devices, upper foundation work, the installation of prepared and hot asphalt, the removal of existing markings, the marking of the roadway, the maintenance of traffic and signage for works, and environmental protection. The work also includes the redevelopment of the intersection of Billy-Diamond Road and Route 19900 (km 6) as well as the replacement of complex culverts at km 8 and km 213 of route Billy-Diamond.
