Site work for a water / sewer project in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are requested for the construction of sanitary sewer lining in Improvement District No. UR-26-G1. The project includes work on 2nd Avenue South from 40th Street South to 38th Street South, 38th Street South from 2nd Avenue South to 3rd Avenue South, 3rd Avenue South from 36th Street South to 32nd Street South, and 19th Avenue North from 57th Street North to Interstate 29. All work included in the contract must be fully completed on or before June 1, 2027. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Quest CDN vBid platform and comply with all document submission requirements, including acknowledgement of all project addenda and submission of a bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Bidders must be licensed as required by North Dakota law, and a copy of the contractor's license must be included in the bid submission. Proposals, plans, and specifications can be examined online or purchased from the City Engineer. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to hold all bids for thirty days and to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities.
