Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project work consists of but is not limited to the following: Base Bid to include 41.2 linear feet of 12" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), asphalt pavement removal, concrete pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, curb and gutter replacement and removal, tree removal and reset, seeding, hydromulch, and miscellaneous installations. Responses may only be submitted on the specified portal; all other forms of submissions will not be accepted. Bidders shall submit a completed bid proposal form, a bid bond form, and a North Dakota Contractor's License. The bid submittal requires three clearly marked responses in the portal: Contractor's License, Bid Bond, and Bid Form. The bid bond must be in an amount not less than 5% of the bid and be executed by a corporation authorized to contract as a surety in North Dakota. Bid security shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract within ten days after award. Bids cannot be withdrawn within sixty days after opening. All bidders must hold a valid North Dakota Contractor's license of the proper class, and a copy must be included. Bids not in compliance with these requirements will not be considered and will be returned. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all requirements, including past performance and key personnel qualifications. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. The successful bidder will be required to provide additional documents at contract execution, including a tax certificate, certificates of insurance, safety manual, performance and payment bond, and waiver of subrogation.
