The Town of Avon invites sealed bids for Sidewalk Improvement on Scoville Road. The Town reserves the rights to amend or terminate the invitation for bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, accept or reject any combination of alternates (if any), waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the bid, if at all, to the lowest responsible and qualified bid that meets the criteria set forth in the invitation for bid and that is in the best interests of the Town.
