The purpose is to enter into a contract or purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide demolition of a building in Vernal, Utah. Each quote received will be evaluated for responsiveness as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code using the objective criteria described in this request. Quotes must comply with the specifications identified. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted; only the primary bid from a vendor will be considered. Exceptions to the contents or specifications must be protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing prior to the closing date. The Division may solicit additional quotes via email, phone, or other permitted methods.
