Reference Number 0000426453 The scope of the City of Livermore's DR202118 Soil Removal Project includes excavation, removal, profiling, transportation, and disposal of soil materials containing elevated concentrations of heavy metals, backfill and compaction with clean import, and site grading and restoration to stabilize the site. City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-substantive irregularities.
