All sites shall be cleared of all grass, weeds, unmaintained hedges and bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, or other unsightly articles. All sites, entirety of lot, shall be cut to a height of 3 or less. All sites shall be cut and neatly trimmed along the streets and sidewalks. All sites shall be cut and neatly trimmed along the outside perimeters of all structures. All cultivated flower beds and or hedges shall be trimmed and maintained. All Formosa/Mimosa and other new growth of undesirable trees shall be removed from the property. All sites shall be cut and trimmed along all fence lines to include vegetation growing in or on a fence. The City of Hot Springs is requesting informal bids for Lot Clearing under Informal Bid Number HS-26-045. Interested bidders must submit bids by the specified deadline. Bidders can register and submit bids electronically or deliver responses by email, mail, fax, or in person.
