Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 150-unit multi-residential development.

Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME), an instrumentality of Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive design, planning, engineering, and consulting services for the Mansell Manor Multi-Family Apartments project, Phase 2 of the broader Mansell Manor redevelopment. The project is expected to include about 150 to 250 multifamily housing units with surface parking below a podium structure. The selected firm will assist in planning the project's integration with an adjacent homeownership project. Services to be provided include feasibility studies, site assessments, conceptual design, schematic drawings, design development, construction documents, cost estimation, budgeting, permitting, regulatory compliance, bidding and proposer selection support, construction administration, quality control, and post-construction evaluation and documentation.
