Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The objective is to select a licensed contractor and certified installer to complete the replacement of Priority 1 HVAC systems, piping, controls, and required accessories. Base scope contract shall be complete one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date issued by HDP. A Liquidated Damage fee in the amount of five hundred dollars shall be applied for each calendar day contract remains incomplete.
