Sealed proposals are being requested for Jet Bridge Mounted Combination PCA/GPU Units with an estimated expenditure of $1,200,000.00. Bidders must address their sealed proposals to the Purchasing Agent for the City of Shreveport. Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Division at Government Plaza, 505 Travis St., Suite 610, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 by 3:00 p.m. on July 09, 2026. Bidders are instructed to download bid documents at www.shreveportla.gov/solicitations or email ashley.germany@shreveportla.gov, referencing the RFP number. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by paper copy. The official source for bid documents is BidNetDirect. The outside of the bid envelope must include the bidder's name, address, bid number, project name, opening date/time, and the City's address. Bidders are responsible for making inquiries about any amendments issued. Before the contract is awarded, the contractor must pay all taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges outstanding and due to the City. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
