Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of an elderly care / assisted living facility and multi-residential development.

Administration of County Housing Programs: Union County Home Improvement Program (UCHIP) and the Senior Home Improvement Program (SHIP). Tentative period of contract is July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with potential for two one-year extension options. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. Proposal delivery is strongly encouraged to be made by commercial mail carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) so that tracking information is confirmed. Hand deliveries to the Administration Building will be received but without a receipt of confirmation.
