Bidders may examine or obtain copies of the information for bidders, contract, form of proposal, and bid forms, plans, and specifications from Glenn Engineering & Associates, Ltd. at no charge in person or by mail for an additional fee. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, cashier’s check, or certified check in favor of the Borough of Dravosburg in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount. The contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days once filed. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
